Teststrip works, full setup doesn't

Hi all,

I have one setup of HyperHDR correctly running in the living room and now wanted to add it to the tellie in the bedroom as well. I have the exact same setup: SK6812 configured as WS281x (I know, it's enough for me, I'll update at some point), RBP 3B 1.2.

The living room setup works perfectly, the bedroom one not at all (with the full setup). If I connect a shorter test strip to the setup and configure it in HyperHDR (top or bottom leds) it works no issues. I am guessing a faulty strip, as everything else works fine? I am recounting the LEDs now, as I want to double-check that as well.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Edit: Nevermind, please don't laugh. I fed the wrong date end🤦🏻‍♂️ Anyway, if anyone has the same issue: check the data direction😄
