The logic:

1. when a new client appears, or manual resize of a client inside layout is done
2. try finding such combination of resizing the rest of clients, or adding more columns or rows, that the size reduction of each of those clients would be the minimal possible

it's a bit similar to existing fair layout, but just not fair anymore 😺 due to resize
