[amplify_push_notifications_pinpoint] iOS notification wrong behavior

Description

Start app from terminate state (tap on app icon) Amplify.Notifications.Push.launchNotification has data.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Terminate an application.
2. Receive push notification.
3. While receiving notification ( Notification banner showing ) user tap on app icon (not banner) for open app.
4. Amplify.Notifications.Push.launchNotification has data (it should be null).
5. This happen sometime.
