Support prerelease style versioning for component versions

Feature Description

Support for component versions in format major.minor.patch-prerelease. Generally lite assumes component versions will be in format major.minor.patch.

Will need changes to at least the ggl semver library, as well as component cleanup file name parsing. Potentially more.

Use Case

Support prerelease versioning such as in lite version when building without release flag.
