SubscribeToComponentUpdates and DeferComponentUpdate IPC operations are not yet implemented in nucleus lite.
Use Case
Some customers need to control the precise moment that components will go briefly offline when installing new versions. Example use case is customers developing devices for vehicles (all sorts - cars, trucks, mining vehicles, buses etc). These sorts of devices will typically want to defer installation to vehicle shutdown or startup, not when the vehicle is in service.
Proposed Solution
Implement it the same as nucleus.
