Upload to cloudwatch group by thing name instead of component name

Feature Description
Being able to configure cloudwatch log group name.

Use Case
I want to be able to give cloudwatch log group permission to a user based on the thingName not based on a component name. So that greengrass owner can have specific permission to only their greengrass core.

Proposed Solution
Cloudwatch log group should be configurable through component configuration.
