StepFunction aft-account-provisioning-framework cannot handle mass changes in account requests

Bug Description
When we make mass changes in account requests e.g. custom fields aft-account-provisioning-framework fails
to handle this: States.TaskFailed in step: aft_account_provisioning_framework_aft_features.

Error coming from aft-feature-options state machine:
LambdaFunctionFailed => Enroll Enterprise Support => Error: Task timed out after 300.00 seconds.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make changes to > 200 account requests files and merge changes.
2. Wait until aft-account-provisioning-framework starts processing changes
3. After some time state machine starts failing for above mentioned reasons

Expected behavior
State machine would handle gracefully processing of all changes.
