What is the outcome that you are trying to reach?

• With the changes proposed/pending in the EKS Cluster Upgrade - Part 1 milestone, the documentation should be updated to both reflect these changes as well as educate users on what is happening behind the scenes:
  • What are the high level steps to upgrade and EKS cluster
  • What is actually happening when a user changes the cluster version in EKS Blueprints
  • What defaults/opinions have been made in EKS Blueprints that affect cluster upgrades
