What sets the net.host.name attribute?

Can we customize what is set in net.host.name?

Steps to reproduce if your question is related to an action
I am running the adot collector v0.41.2 with Datadog exporter. From the traces I see the net,host.name is set to the server name. Can we set it to another value?

What did you expect to see?
Something that we set programatically.
