SNS Notifications on Call Categories #212

Following the steps listed here:
https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-transcribe-live-call-analytics/blob/develop/lca-ai-stack/Notifications.md

Transcribe Category Management was setup for a keyword search. This displays properly on the portal; but does not trigger the SNS notification via e-mail. SNS Topic was subscribed and test e-mail sent successfully.

Publishing to SNS is done with lambda CallEventProcessor
