Update Lambda Runtime to NodeJS 22.x

Update the solution from Lambda Runtime NodeJS18.x to NodeJS22.x. Version 18 is exiting maintenance mode and will be deprecated this year. Users will not be able to create new Lambda functions with 18.x starting Oct-1-2025.
