Update solution to work with new versions of runtime 

Hi, 

Due to changes in cloudformation S3 deployment and node10 being deprecated, is it possible to get this solution updated to fit current code specifications?

I have managed to get the solution running, but the web application does not seem to work due to an auth requirement. I'm unsure what to do there.
