Double scroll bar in a normal chat. Allows user to scroll past the end of a chat.

🔄 To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Claude 3.7 Sonnet Reasoning or any other model
2. Give it a math problem like this one: "If the power series $\sum_{n=0}^{\infty} a_n(x - 2)^n$ converges conditionally at $x = 5$, what can you say about the radius of convergence of the series?"
3. Bug occurs

Only occurs for some chats. I think it is a container in container problem.
