Align TR-34 Key Export Version ID in Variant LMK Mode with Key Block Mode

Background

Previously in pull request #45, the Key Block Version ID was changed to 'B' for TR-34 Key Export command in Key Block Mode. This change has been beneficial for customers using legacy firmware versions.

Current Status

• Key Block Mode: Using Key Block Version ID 'B' for TR-34 Key Export (implemented in PR Changed Key Block Version ID for payShield to B #45)
• Variant LMK Mode: Still using the previous version ID 'D'

This inconsistency between modes could potentially cause confusion and maintenance overhead.

Proposed Change

Following the change made in PR #45, we would like to extend the same modification to Variant LMK Mode to maintain consistency between both modes.

Expected Outcome

• Consistent Key Block Version ID ('B') across both modes
• Improved maintainability through standardized versioning
• Prevention of potential version mismatch issues
• Clear and unified key block handling approach
