Integrating the diplay App with the backend

I deployed the frontend apps on amplify but the backend parameters needed are different than what is provided in the backend cloudformation outputs. What should be the values for config URL, API URL and Config Endpoint. 
And also whats the difference between this repo and this one https://github.com/aws-samples/serverless-coffee. 

Please help a confused person out.
