Runtime update to node.js 20x still uses AWS SDK V2 Syntax without the library existing

In the README please add the sam build so the requirement of having the AWS SDK v2 is  included in the .zip archive deployment packages.

the package.json for onconnet has it, but the README's instructions suggest to just do "sam deploy" and that doesn't work.


Alternative: skip the dependency being bundled and migrate code to use the AWS SDK for v3
