make install fails due to lambda memory limitation

Installing a fresh DREM fails, likely due to lambda memory being restricted on some accounts.

CloudFormation reports that drem-backend-main-infrastructure ModelOptimizerModelsOptimizerFunction212C3234 fails with error

This seems to be related to new accounts having lower limits initially. Did this problem resolve itself on your account?
