*accessloggingbucket* internal bucket doesn't have lifecycle policies, so it will end up having and infinite number of unneeded garbate.

Expected behavior
Have a reasonable lifecycle to remove old objects to avoid having so many unuseful objects over the time.
Also, this can be a privacy concern.
