Enable solution to add static routes to TGW route tables

Apparent inability to configure the solution to automatically add static routes to TGW route tables.

Describe the feature you'd like

For example, to help support the following simple centralized egress architecture, I would like to configure the solution so that it automatically adds a static route of 0.0.0.0/0 to the workload VPC TGW route table with an attachment of the egress VPC's TGW attachment.
