Read-only access to bot Content Designer and OpenSearch Dashboard

Out of curiosity, would like to explore the ways by which I can restrict the edit access of my reviewers - who would only be given read only access to all QNAs added in content designer to review them and analyze the bot usage using read-only access to OpenSearch dashboard.

Explored the "User" and "Admins" user groups in Cognito, but users in "user" user group cannot even view the bot Content Designer - Hence, that isn't fulfilling my need.

We've already run the CloudFormation stack and the bot is up.
It would be helpful if your team could elaborate the changes made to include this feature/enhancement request instead of providing an updated CloudFormation template.
