[Feature Request] Terminal notifications for task completion

Feature request for q dev CLI... it's often pretty slow (minutes) when working, so I start looking at other things. I'd like an option to have it beep when it returns to remind me to switch back to my terminal.

Use case - running Q Dev CLI in iTerm on a mac. Generally - terminal notifications will have a blue dot, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Blue dots (when in another tab) are "new text in tab". I want the audible bell (which I've also mapped to "bounce in dock").

(If Q is doing output during the work, it'll still give the blue dot but not be ready for new input).
