What would you like to be added:
Let users configure the 2 log destinations for the CNI to ship to both stdout/err & file.
Why is this needed:
AWS Support regularly are looking for these logs in node log bundles but many users likely ship these logs to stderr/stdout so that they are collected by pod log collection systems.
