chore: upgrade hibernate tests

- upgrade `hibernate-core` to 6.2.22 (or to 6.4.2)
- upgrade `mysql` database to 8.2 (or to 8.3) in integration test suite
- if needed, add support of a new database engine `POSTGIS` (docker image `docker.io/postgis/postgis:16-3.4`) that should be used by hibernate tests
- try to run excluded tests `PostgreSQLSkipAutoCommitTest` and `MySQLSkipAutoCommitTest`
