Add FSx for OpenZFS to AI/ML storage

The Amazon FSx for OpenZFS option is currently missing from the AI/ML on EKS Storage section of the documentation.  This is another AWS fully-managed file system with a native CSI driver which can be a good fit for AI/ML workloads.  Opening this issue to contribute adding this option with examples to the list of storage options.
