- Upgrade lambda_http from 0.14.0 to 1.0.1
- Upgrade tokio from 1.43.0 to 1.48.0
- Upgrade tower-http from 0.6.2 to 0.6.8 with brotli compression
- Upgrade httpmock from 0.7.0 to 0.8.2
- Update test code for httpmock 0.8 API changes (matches -> is_true)
- Refactor AlbTargetGroupRequest construction for new aws_lambda_events API
