Fix incorrect assembler directive in AArch64 code (#2910)

Resolves [#29091](aws/aws-lc#2909)

### Description of changes:
Fixed the instruction with correct assembler directive. Post link tools such as llvm-bolt rely on correct data mapping symbols to create control flow graph. Correcting them makes such tools run correct analysis.
