Incorrect link to SDK documentation in README

Describe the issue

The link at the bottom of the main README.md file to the SDK Developer Guide goes to a page with a redirect on it.

Instead of going to https://aws.github.io/aws-sdk-go-v2/docs/ it should just go to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/v2/developer-guide/welcome.html instead.

Additionally, the link to the migration document was wrong as well, redirected to the same (though incorrect) welcome page.
