AWS plugins Incompatible after latest update

Describe the bug
After updating to PHPStorm 2025.3.4 today and updating all of my plugins, I started getting incompatibility errors about the AWS plugins. It appears that version 3.107 of aws.toolkit.core is not available on the JetBrains marketplace, leaving me on 3.106.253. Perhaps it's just stuck in review or something and I have to wait? In the meantime, I'm being prompted to "disable incompatible plugins and restart the IDE", which just disables aws.toolkit. aws.toolkit.core is unaffected.

To reproduce
Install both AWS Core and AWS Toolkit from the plugin Marketplace.

Expected behavior
The latest version of both plugins are compatible.

As temporary workaround you can ignore the warning! toolkit plugin works as expected without latest AWS Core plugin.

note that Toolkit is now v. 108 and Core is still on v. 106.
Maybe just a version bump?
