Add "Auto-approve tool use" option for Amazon Q agentic mode in JetBrains

Currently there's no way to globally auto-approve file read/write/execute operations in agentic coding mode. Each session requires manual approval per operation type. VS Code has amazonQ.agentAutoApprove setting — please add equivalent for JetBrains plugin.

It could also be nice if that has a "read-only auto-approve" option. Mainly for findstr and powershell -Command "Select-String. it is very frequent and harmless
