AWS Toolkit plugin is marked as incompatible in the latest IntelliJ IDEA 2026.1 version

Incompatible: requires IDE build 253.* or earlier, even though the latest IntelliJ and AWS TOOLKIT plugin is installed.

Is there something that can be done about this trend generally? The AWS plugin is the only one I find is consistently incompatible at launch of a new version of IntelliJ.

Yes, that plugin is the cause of 90% of problems with the IDE. Please AWS, get your act together !!
