AWS Core plugin out of date with AWS Toolkit plugin #6332

Describe the bug
The AWS Toolkit plugin has to be in sync with the AWS Core plugin to work properly.
Currently the Toolkit is two releases ahead of AWS Core (3.108.253 vs 3.106.253).
If I update the Toolkit to be up-to-date it doesn't work
To reproduce
Install AWS Core and AWS Toolkit plugins at 3.106 version
Restart IDE
Update AWS Toolkit to latest (3.108)
Restart IDE
Receive a notification: "The plugin versions for Amazon Q, AWS Toolkit, and AWS Toolkit Core must match or conflicts may occur."
Expected behavior
AWS Core plugin versions are released in sync with AWS Toolkit/AWS Q
