Describe the bug
Amazon Q Developer Plugin with IntelliJ IDE is not rendered correctly. I am using Intellij IDE on Linux with details below:

To reproduce
Install IntelliJ along with AWS Q Delveoper pluging as per details shared.

Expected behavior
The window size of plugin should be proportional to display and should not be rendered too big to be usable.
