Q has run out of tokens / stopped working, even though KIRO account shows credit

I'm using Q inside VSCode. It stopped working and it says that I've reached my limit. I clicked through the links provided but my account on Kiro shows lots of credit left. Why can't I use VSCode Amazon Q?
