Issue : AI can't follow instructions
Root Cause : Didn't read the 761-line instruction file that clearly states to ask questions
Expected : Update EXISTING regular feed pages to TikTok-style enterprise quality
Actual : Created new pages instead of updating existing ones, overcomplicating the project
