Adding my origin certificate with AWS Certificate Manager

Hi,

I am using Cloudflare for caching and trying to add an origin certificate I got from Cloudflare to my AWS servers.

ie) Right now, flexible mode on Cloudflare works but Strict mode does not.

I have gone to AWS Certificate Manager and uploaded the certificate provided by cloudflare, and it imports successfully:

However, I do notice that when I view details for the certificate, I see "In use: no"

I am wondering if I need to somehow edit my Load Balancer details (and if I can do it via the manifest file) so that it knows to use this certificate?

This seems to be related to #2694 if you wouldn't mind giving it a 👍
We're planning to move the issue to a design phase soon 🔜 , and then start implementation.
