pipelines: build images of only those workloads being deployed

Now that Copilot users can select which workloads to deploy to their pipelines using stages.deployments, we should update our buildspec to limit the building and pushing of images to only those being deployed.

Hello, I solve this issue to modify buildspec.yml files. But I think It can be more develop to refer pipeline`s manifest.yml file.

in buildspec.yml from generated copilot 1.24v build all docker image of service which defined in code repository.

If you want build specific images in pipeline, you can change like what I did.

BEFORE

- svc_list=$(echo $svc_ls_result | jq '.services')
- >
    if [ ! "$svc_list" = null ]; then
      svcs=$(echo $svc_ls_result | jq -r '.services[].name');
    fi 

AFTER

- svc_list=$(echo $svc_ls_result | jq '.services')
- >
      if [ ! "$svc_list" = null ]; then
        svcs=$(echo $svc_ls_result | jq -r '.services[] | select ( .name as $sc | ["a", "b", "c"] | index($sc)) | .name');
        # I assigned the service name matching the service name list(["a","b","c"]) to a variable.
        #  And It must have exactly same service names in pipeline manifest.yml.
        # I hardcode the name of services, But I think we can modify it to reference the pipeline manifest.yml `deployment` section service name.
      fi
     echo $svcs # To check service name list which builds to docker image.

After changing buildspec.yml file, We can check modification after code push to execute code-pipeline(in code-pipeline build stage uses buildspec.yml file in codebase, Therefore we should commit buildspec.yml before code push).
