Docs search should return newer docs versions first

How should the docs be improved?

Newer versions should be returned in search first. On top of this, we should have more accurate search results.

i.e. When I search for a doc by name, I should receive that doc as the first search result. The example I've included shows me searching for "Settings" and not getting the settings doc returned in any of the search results.

Ideally there should be a way to search only a specific version docs too (i.e. version that is currently being viewed), it is quite tedious shifting through search results as is.
