Remove InstanceGeneration requirements in e2e tests to mitigate new instance type flakes #4472

Description

Observed Behavior:

  • New Instance Types (m7a.*) were released which did not have ENI data associated in the VPC RC. This resulted in our e2e test to flake out. To mitigate, I added a temporary requirement that we use gen 6 or below in the affected tests. That requirement should be removed in the e2e tests once the VPC RC has been updated and deployed.

Tests Affected:

  1. should provision a node using the Ubuntu family
  2. Windows AMIFamilies
  3. should support well-known labels for windows-build version
