suggest to leverage helm-unittest for the helm chart on ci

felt some automated tests are required when i tested for #7700 like this.

suggest to adopt testing tools for the helm charts and recommend https://github.com/helm-unittest/helm-unittest and https://github.com/marketplace/actions/helm-unit-tests
