Scheduling - Weighted Nodepool limit never mentioned in documentation

Apparently the NodePool .spec.weight has a range, 0-100, according to the admission controller error:

The NodePool "standard-node-preferaz" is invalid: spec.weight: Invalid value: 110: spec.weight in body should be less than or equal to 100

I have not found this listed in any of the documentation on karpenter.sh thus far. Might be good to know!

This is part of our CRD spec -- in general, we don't put our validations in our docs but I also think it's completely reasonable to do so if we wanted to make this more clear -- I also think that it might help if we had an explicit CRD reference that was auto-gened for us which would show this rather than having to showcase this elsewhere. See: #2417
