Remove DEPRECATED metrics from our metrics reference

Description

Including metrics that are marked with DEPRECATED stability in our metrics reference creates more confusion than it helps. Minimally, I think we should move these to the bottom of the page. Really, it probably isn't worth keeping them around in the documentation and we can just drop them entirely from the page
