Migrating from Cluster Autoscaler - Chapters: Deploy Karpenter, Set node affinity

Please make sure to update the documentation to reflect a proper Helm chart deployment for Karpenter, not a deployment with custom resources without Helm. It's quite confusing and the whole deployment then is not managed by Helm, which will make it hard to update/find.
