When specifying a document using --document-name it always uses "latest" version #112

Description

@matthewhively

When I connect to an instance using session-manager and a custom document, I would expect to be able to choose the document version, or at a minimum for the CLI to use the default document version. Instead it always uses the latest.
In addition, there does not appear to be any way to choose the document version on the command line itself. Nothing like --document-version exists.

aws --version

aws-cli/2.23.2 Python/3.12.8 Darwin/24.4.0 source/arm64

session-manager-plugin --version

1.2.694.0
