[Docs]: Quickstart and Installation instructions omit cloning the repository

Description

The README quickstarts and harness guides are all missing a step - cloning the repository. They assume the user is in the cloned ai-dlc workflows repository (and v2 branch) but don't explicitly state this should be done.
The instructions should state to:

1. Clone the repository
2. Checkout the v2 branch

All harness guides and quickstarts are affected.
