log-collector: collect node user-data as part of node logs collection

What would you like to be added:
A lot of times we require user-data from customer to check if there is nothing weird going on in user-data like doing explicit nodeadm init which can cause racy condition. Would be good to collection user-data as part of node logs

Why is this needed:
For better debugability (I am assuming there is no sensitive data problem in doing so)

users often do put sensitive data in user-data, and it's also treated as sensitive by default (e.g. only being readable by root)

it is still very useful for getting a fuller understanding of a node though, so I would support this being gated by a flag so it's opt-in
