Here it is, folks, a major-version release for RDK. There aren't actually (hopefully) any breaking changes here, though there's enough features and structural tweaks to the underpinnings of the software that it felt safest to mark it as such.

The big news is that the rdk export command now outputs some actually deploy-ready Terraform code. There's a handful of other changes that are more about making it easier to maintain this solution and chunk it up into ways that make more logical sense.
