checksum/CRC.h and chechsums/CRC.h

Describe the bug

Hello,

There are two path referred,

1. checksum/CRC.h is used in the code, and include directory
2. checksums/CRC.h is used to install through cmake

and so our build test is failed.

Source and Build have same prefix whatever.

Current Behavior

Build test failed.

Reproduction Steps

Once build, there is no file in the include path, aws/crt/checksums/CRC.h
