How to get pr-s review-ed?

There is no description about how to get new pr-s review-ed.

To Reproduce
Open a pr and wait. For example #240 .

Expected behavior
Committers review the pr, provide feedback and eventually merge the pr. If an other way is required to contribute please document that.

@CsatariGergely largely it seems that this project is only intermittently maintained. Periodically someone will come and review stuff and put together a release - I suspect this is simply a matter of the relevant people having other, higher priority tasks.

Thanks @tealeg for the comment. I think this should be added to the README of the project and/or to the pr template. It is waste of time to create a pr is noone is reviews it.
