Proxying, multiple creds, hub-and-spoke

Hey,

What I am trying to build is have a proxy over cost explorer mcp proxy so that the proxy can retrieve credentials to any aws account and run cost explorer against said account. Proxy should be told what the account is, do credentials resolutions (somehow) and then augment the cost explorer/create instance of it per client and forward the call.

From what I can tell there's no easy way to do that and I am currently examining the options here. Any ideas how can this be approached ??
