DynamoDB MCP: Tools disappeared after update #2076

Describe the bug
Previously we had access to a bunch of tools like execute_dynamodb_command, now upon reloading we only have dynamodb_data_modeling, source_db_analyzer and dynamodb_data_model validation removing all utility i had for this MCP and breaking my owrklfows
Expected Behavior
The ability to issue dynamodb commands
Current Behavior
Unable to do so and only 3 tools related to data modeling showing
Reproduction Steps
Load latest dynamodb MCP in MCP client and see there are only 3 availabel tools.
